Where will my order be posted from?
We are based in Melbourne, Australia. All orders will be posted from our home studio.
How long will my order take?
Processing Times: 1-2 business days
** This is the time required for us to process and pack your order for dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm AEST and excludes public holidays.
Shipping Times:
Australia
Standard Shipping- Estimated 2 - 8 Business Days (after processing time)
Express Shipping- Estimated 1- 3 Business Days (after processing time)
New Zealand
Standard Shipping- Estimated 4 - 8 Business Days (after processing time)
Standard Shipping- Estimated 2 - 5 Business Days (after processing time)
As all shipping times are estimates, we are unable to guarantee that these estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors out of our control, such as postal delays.
If your order is urgent, please email us at hello@harperclare.com.au and we will do our best to push your order out of our studio with priority.
Tracking my order?
Once shipped, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to the email/phone number that was provided to us at checkout. Please keep an eye on your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your tracking number please email hello@harperclare.com.au with your order number so we can assist you further.
Issue with my delivery?
If you have an issue with your delivery, please check your tracking number. If you are still unable to locate your order, please lodge an inquiry with either Australia Post so that they can assist you further and email at hello@harperclare.com.au so we can monitor the status also.

Do you ship worldwide?
We are currently servicing Australia and New Zealand. We are working on shipping worldwide. If you would like to purchase any of our items and we are not currently servicing your address, please email us at hello@harperclare.com.au
How do I care for my items?
Cold gentle machine wash with like colours.
Do not tumble dry or dry clean. This may cause shrinkage.
Do not wring, bleach, or soak.
Dry flat in the shade to retain shape.
Do your products have any branding?
Each item has a clothes tag. Our beanies and booties have an HC logo on 1 side of each item. Please note this is not pictured for our beanies as the logo was not on our final confirmed samples. If you require additional photos, please contact us
Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
Yes - Please refer to our "Returns" page for further details or email us hello@harperclare.com.au
Do you offer wholesale?
We are working on this being available – in the meantime please email jayde@harperclare.com.au with some information about you, your store what products you are interested in so we can discuss further.
Do you offer social media collaborations?
Yes, when required. Feel free to send us an email hello@harperclare.com.au or keep an eye on our socials to stay up to date.
IMPORTANT:
Please also be aware, our range of knitwear is produced in small batches to prevent wastage.
We try our hardest to photograph our products as accurately as possible in their truest form. However, due to the nature of our products, they may vary in shape and size compared to our photos, and in production due to different production times. We are also unable to guarantee that the colours will be exactly as they appear on our website and are likely to vary from screen to screen and on-screen to in-person.
